“Stockholm’s Washing Machina find a groove on Debbie Lost Her Mind that has similarities to the likes of Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth and – to a certain extent – The Wannadies in the way it creates an alternative rock attitude that doesn’t shy away from seeking a wider audience. Melodic and fuzzy, with a slacker veneer that belies the intricate and ever-changing moods of the arrangement.”
